An Evening at the Ranch

CHICKS IN CRISIS CELEBRATES 20 YEARS OF LOVE, HOME & FAMILY FOR EVERY CHILD

Please join us for a beautiful evening under the stars in our healing garden, as we celebrate 20 years of community service in the greater Sacramento area. At this special event, guests will be able to mix & mingle and enjoy delicious hor d’oeuvres.

CiC started in the garage of our founder, Inez Whitlow, in 1997. Inez set out to decrease the number of babies entering the foster care system and even being abandoned by helping pregnant teens and women obtain medical care, housing, counseling, and other resources needed to make responsible choices.

With gently used clothes, a truck, and a passion for making a difference, Inez was the first “street team” in Sacramento that went to the people. She often housed homeless pregnant women in her own home, giving up her own bed.

Grandma’s Gravy – $1,500

Parking Sponsor

  • Parking attendants will handout collateral piece to each parking customer in the race area parking lots. Sponsor can provide promotional incentive that will be included on the event parking collateral piece.

Registration Sponsor

  • Sponsor logo will be included on all event registration confirmation emails. Sponsor banner will be displayed in the Registration area during packet pickup prior to the event and on the day of the event. Banner (with grommets) to be provided by sponsor.

Drumstick – $500

Kids Activities Sponsor

  • Banner will be displayed at the Kids Activity Area. Sponsor can provide staff with company logo apparel to assist in the Activity Area. Sponsor provides fun item for the kids (example: balloon with company logo, ice cream coupon, pedometer, etc.)

Online Registration Sponsor

  • Receive high exposure with logo on all online email ticket registrations and email confirmations. In 2016, more than 1,600 for the Elk Grove Thanksgiving Day race registrations were purchased online.

Sweet Potato Pie – $500

Finish Line Water Sponsor

  • Sponsor banner will be displayed at the Finish Line Water table. Banner (with grommets) provided by sponsor. Sponsor provides water bottles. Company logo can be on water bottle if sponsor chooses to print and apply labels. Participants will receive water at the end of their race.

Volunteer Area Sponsor

  • Sponsor banner will be displayed at the Volunteer tent. Banner (with grommets) provided by sponsor. Sponsor can provide volunteers. Sponsor can provide volunteers trinket if desired.

Vendor Area Sponsor

  • Sponsor banner will be displayed at the entrance to the Vendor Area. Banner (with grommets) provided by sponsor.

On Course Water Station Sponsor (Limit of 3)

  • Sponsor will be provided a specific location along the course to provide water to volunteers and runners as they pass by. Sponsor will bring 8 volunteers (may have them wear sponsor apparel) and banner will be displayed at your station. May have additional gear like a popup tent. Must get Race Director approval of final layout. The event will provide water and other supplies as well as directions on how to run a water station.

Mile Sponsor (Limit of 6)

  • Sponsor logo on 1 of the 6 mile marker signs. Signage provided by event. Miles will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.

Vendor Booth – $75 Vendors | No Charge for Charitable Non-Profits

Sponsor Fulfillment Items and Deadlines

Refer to your specific sponsor package and send fulfillment based on benefits outlined in your package.

  • All logos must be provided in either .ai or .png format. Deadline for logos is Friday, October 27, 2017.
  • Sponsor website link will be added to website within 5 business days after receipt.
  • All sponsor provided banners must be mailed or delivered to: Flash Event Management / 6322 Laguna Villa Way, Elk Grove, CA 95758 no later than Friday, November 17, 2017.
  • Maximum size banner permitted 3’ tall by 8’ wide, grommets required
